Job description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
