Job description

About You

You bring a strategic, analytical mindset and enjoy turning complex data into clear points of view. You’re comfortable working hands-on with data every day, staying curious about what drives growth in a two-sided marketplace, and following the evidence even when it challenges your assumptions.

You do your best work in collaborative environments where you can partner with teams across the business, shape ideas early, and help carry them through. You’re energized by ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by finding practical ways to improve how the network grows.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

Own week-to-week analysis of network growth, including partner activation rates, commission volume trends, partnership performance by segment, and the health of top partnerships driving GMV.
Build and maintain SQL queries in BigQuery and Metabase to track core network growth metrics.
Form and prioritize hypotheses about partner activation and network growth, then validate them using internal data and relevant external benchmarks.
Support forecasting and financial modeling for strategic network initiatives using realistic partner activation assumptions.
Translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership, including where conclusions are strongly supported by data and where confidence is more directional.
Partner with data and analytics, RevOps, and GTM stakeholders to connect network growth analysis to broader company OKRs.
Help shape and support cross-functional growth initiatives with Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams by defining tests, tracking results, and recommending whether to iterate, scale, or stop.

What we’re looking for

You bring a business and strategic mindset paired with analytical rigor, and you can let go of a hypothesis when the data points elsewhere.
You’re comfortable working with SQL and can use BigQuery and Metabase, or equivalent database tools, to answer questions directly.
You work well in ambiguity and prefer clear, quantified answers over hedged conclusions.

You’re curious about how a two-sided marketplace works, including the incentives that drive both vendors and partners.
You collaborate well with others, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and stay open to changing your mind.
You’re comfortable working directly with non-analytics stakeholders, including Marketing and Customer Success, to shape campaigns rather than only measure them after launch.
