From handling stakeholder inquiries and supporting supplier onboarding to clearing outstanding purchase orders, your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will help keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll also play a key role in analyzing market trends and financial data to support both new and renewal contract decisions, while maintaining an accurate and organized contract management system. Your insights will contribute to cost avoidance initiatives, category-specific strategies, and overall procurement innovation. By driving tail spending initiatives and enhancing our supplier relationships, you’ll help position Procurement as a true source of competitive advantage, risk management, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Handle small to medium negotiations including contract work, market analysis and financial analysis
Support supplier onboarding
Contract Management including new and renewals
Interact with stakeholders and cross functional teams in support of supplier sourcing.
Prepare reporting and presentations as needed
Manage small to medium tail suppliers through lifecycle

Required:
Strong knowledge of Procurement Categories and the associated supplier landscape
Experienced at negotiating commercial terms & fees
7 years’ Procurement negotiation experience
Minimum Project management qualification – or significant experience in this field
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Operations or related area
Industry certification such as FCIPS, CIPS, IACCM or CPSM, Continuous Improvement or equivalent

Compensation: The typical base pay range for this role is $75,949 - $113,923 CAD. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations: Toronto, CA
