Fire Life Safety Director

Responsibilities

Multiple Tours of the facility during your shift
Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Must be able to work overtime and weekends
Assist residents/customers with access control issues
Tour the entire facility multiple times per shift
Qualifications
Valid T-89 OR F89 FDNY Fire Life Safety Director License
Valid NYS Security Guard License Minimum 2 years Hotel FLSD experience. *Preferred*
Associate or higher degree in a fire/security related field. (Preferred not required)
Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
Protective security experience a plusTechnical working knowledge of building systems.
