Job description

We are a fast-growing K–12 school management and ERP platform serving private schools, including Jewish and non-Jewish institutions. Our all-in-one system assists schools in managing academics, registration, attendance, financials, fundraising, transportation, communication, report cards, and more.

We’re seeking a patient, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Support, Training & Onboarding Specialist to help schools successfully implement and utilize our platform. This is a full-time position.


What You’ll Do

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, Zoom, and our support system
  • Assist school administrators and office staff with day-to-day questions
  • Investigate reported issues and provide clear, practical solutions
  • Follow up to ensure all questions and problems are fully resolved
  • Communicate customer feedback, requests, and technical issues to our internal team

Onboarding New Schools

  • Guide new schools through the complete setup and onboarding process
  • Assist customers in organizing and preparing the necessary information to get started
  • Configure the platform based on each school’s structure and workflows
  • Keep onboarding projects organized, on schedule, and progressing
  • Ensure each school feels confident before going live

Training

  • Lead clear and engaging training sessions over Zoom
  • Train administrators, office staff, teachers, and other users
  • Explain features in simple language to users with varying levels of technical experience
  • Provide follow-up training as schools begin using additional features
  • Help customers adopt best practices and maximize the value from the platform

Customer Success

  • Build positive, long-term relationships with our schools
  • Proactively check in and identify areas where customers may need additional assistance
  • Encourage schools to utilize features that can enhance their operations
  • Act as a trusted point of contact between customers and our internal team

Who We’re Looking For

Language

  • Fluent Yiddish is required
  • Strong spoken and written English

Skills & Traits

  • Patient, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Excellent communication skills over Zoom, phone, and email
  • Able to explain software and processes clearly and simply
  • Comfortable working with school administrators, office staff, and educators
  • Quick learner who is confident using software and web applications
  • Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple customers and tasks
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Calm and professional when assisting customers with urgent or frustrating issues
  • Comfortable working independently while closely collaborating with a team

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, software training, onboarding, education, or school administration is a plus
  • Experience with school management software or SaaS platforms is helpful but not required
  • Familiarity with Jewish or Yiddish-speaking school communities is strongly preferred

Availability

  • Available for a full-time position
  • Able to work during hours needed to support schools across relevant international time zones

Training & Support Provided

You do not need previous experience with our platform. We provide comprehensive training on:

  • Our K–12 school management platform
  • Our customer support processes and internal tools
  • School onboarding and implementation procedures
  • How to lead effective software training sessions
  • Best practices for helping schools successfully adopt the system
