PAM RN PRN Hospital Based Tier IV

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Tier IV hospital setting.

- Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

- Provide patient and family education as needed.

- Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalate concerns appropriately.

**Qualifications:**

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably in Tier IV or critical care settings.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to work PRN shifts with flexibility.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
