What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor and manage the front desk area, greet visitors, verify identification as required, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor logs.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining professional communication and awareness of security-related concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
