Seasonal Stylist

Position Overview
As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while helping guests discover their unique style. You'll build complete outfits, drive sales, and bring the Dolls Kill brand to life through product knowledge, styling expertise, and an energetic sales floor presence.

This is a seasonal position designed to support increased customer traffic during peak business periods.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

Style complete looks by selling across apparel, footwear, accessories, and statement pieces.

Support store sales goals and key performance metrics, including UPT, AOV, conversion, and customer reviews.

Create an elevated fitting room experience through personalized styling recommendations.

Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.

Assist with merchandising, replenishment, recovery, and visual presentation.

Process shipment and maintain organized backstock.

Support in-store events, activations, and community engagement.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications
Passion for fashion, styling, music, nightlife, festival culture, and self-expression.

Retail, styling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with customers.
