A growing jewelry company in New York City is building its live-commerce team and seeking an engaging On-Camera Livestream Host to showcase and sell jewelry and accessories through Whatnot and other livestreaming platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in jewelry, fashion, e-commerce, social media, entertainment, or live selling. Previous livestreaming experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging, high-energy livestream shopping shows on Whatnot and other platforms.
• Showcase and sell jewelry and accessories in an authentic and compelling way.
• Present product features, styles, and details clearly to viewers.
• Interact with viewers in real time and answer questions throughout livestreams.
• Build relationships with viewers and help develop a loyal online community.
• Keep livestreams entertaining, professional, and focused on generating engagement and sales.
• Learn the company's products and develop strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Promote upcoming livestreams and company channels through social media.
• Collaborate with the team to plan shows, featured products, promotions, and special events.
• Stay aware of livestreaming and social media trends that could improve audience engagement.
• Assist with additional live-commerce initiatives as the department grows.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage naturally with an online audience.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and responding to viewers in real time.
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, accessories, social media, entertainment, e-commerce, or sales.
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to learn product information and communicate it clearly to customers.
• Previous experience with Whatnot, TikTok, Instagram, livestreaming, sales, social media, or hosting is a plus but not required.
