A women’s retail company is looking for an SDR to join its sales team.

The role includes:

• Contacting potential customers
• Identifying leads and business opportunities
• Conducting sales calls and scheduling meetings
• Managing and tracking leads in a CRM system
• Working toward targets and collaborating with the sales team

Requirements:

• Experience in sales / customer service / telemarketing – an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and high motivation
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Previous experience as an SDR – a significant advantage
