Hi everyone, I am female 44 Orthodox SS from Holland Amsterdam but live in NY for 20 years. The job market is awful right now, l've applied to 300+ jobs and I'm either getting ghosted, going thru rounds of interviews and end up not getting the role, or simply getting rejection letters left and right even though I have the work experience and education credentials. Unfortunately I'm not the only one in this situation either. Is there anyone hiring for full-time office positions? If you know of any, please let me know. I've tried Indeed, Linkedin, everything in the book, but still not having luck. I'd really really appreciate it, along with my other friends that are on the same boat as me.
