We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help recruit top talent for our nursing homes.

Responsibilities include:
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinating interviews
• Building relationships with candidates
• Coordinating job fairs and recruitment events
• Tracking recruitment activity and reporting

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Is motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
