Software Company seeking *Product Operations & Automation Manager* to improve product processes, workflows, tools, release coordination, reporting, and product adoption. Role will focus heavily on AI and automation, Jira and related Product tools, release readiness, usage analytics, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination between Product, Development, Operations, and Support. *3–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar SaaS environment required.
