Business Systems and Operations Coordinator

Ventra Supply, an HVAC distributor in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, is looking for a dedicated individual to own the software system that powers our entire business. Since every order, product, purchase, and invoice relies on this platform, you will serve as the primary expert who knows the system inside and out, maintains data integrity, resolves technical issues, and ensures all departments utilize the software effectively.

What you'll do:

• Master the system's workflows for sales, inventory, purchasing, and finance.
• Manage and maintain accurate product codes and pricing data.
• Troubleshoot system issues and see them through to full resolution.
• Manage the procurement process by placing purchase orders and coordinating with vendors regarding delivery status.
• Develop custom reports and extract critical data for management.

What we're looking for:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and high comfort level working with data.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to close loops independently.
• A natural curiosity about how systems function and a willingness to dig deep into technical processes.
• Clear, effective communication skills across various departments.
• Experience with business software is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
