Strategy & Operations Specialist – Temp Position

A leading global technology company is looking for a proactive and analytical Strategy & Operations Specialist to join a high-impact team supporting business growth and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner closely with sales and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Drive and optimize operational processes, programs, and workflows.
Collaborate with local and global stakeholders across multiple functions.
Support the implementation of new tools, policies, and business initiatives.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
Self-starter with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the technology and/or digital advertising industry is an advantage.
