Location:Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY
Salary:$100,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (In-house). Hybrid/remote work may be considered in the future based on performance and business needs.

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AutoCAD Drafter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing accurate technical drawings and collaborating with designers, engineers, and project managers on a variety of projects.

Preference: Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings based on project specifications.
* Create, revise, and maintain architectural and construction drawings.
* Review plans and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members.
* Modify drawings based on client and project requirements.
* Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
* Assist with site measurements and field verification when required.
* Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality drafting standards.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
*Needs to have NY Building and Zoning Experience
*Must be a licensed Architect
* Associate's degree, diploma, or certification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience.
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
