Certified Nursing Assistant

We are hiring for all three shifts — day, evening, and night. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking to join an established skilled nursing facility where quality patient care, teamwork, and professionalism are highly valued.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Assist residents with meals, hydration, positioning, and transfers

Take and record vital signs and report changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team

Respond promptly to resident needs and call bells

Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

Follow individualized care plans and instructions from licensed nursing staff

Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the care team

Accurately complete required documentation

Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures

Qualifications
Current New York State CNA certification required

Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of the position
