Auto Service Advisor

A growing automotive service company is seeking an experienced Auto Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate understands vehicle diagnostics, communicates effectively with customers, and helps ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess vehicle concerns
Triage vehicle issues and determine service needs
Coordinate with mechanics and technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs
Provide repair estimates and explain recommendations
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Schedule appointments and manage workflow
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate service records
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-5 years of previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organized and able to multitask
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
