Operations Manager

A growing automotive organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of its service locations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, leading employees, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the assigned location
Lead and mentor employees
Ensure operational efficiency and productivity
Resolve customer concerns
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
Coordinate with leadership on company initiatives
Maintain quality standards and workflow
Other duties as assigned

Previous management experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
