Inventory Specialist

A growing automotive mechanic company is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to coordinate inventory requests and ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time. This role serves as the link between shop requests and the purchasing department.

Responsibilities:
Receive inventory requests from service locations
Review and process incoming orders
Submit purchasing requests
Track order status
Follow up on delayed shipments
Maintain inventory records
Perform data entry and documentation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable with data entry
Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple requests
