Director

The candidate should be someone that is young, capable, proactive, warm, positive, and knows how to juggle and multi-task and know how to come up with quick solutions for things that come up. She should have at least a few years of experience working in early childhood (preschool head teacher). She should have an understanding of of teaching, lesson planning, know how to model classroom decorum, circle time etc. She should have good communication skills and be able to hold things together.

Responsibilities include: overseeing the entire center. They have 5 classes with 18-20 staff members. They are basically full staffed and she will be on top of the curriculum, oversee staff, communicate with parents.
