Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's tax department
Conduct tax research and stay current on new tax laws and regulatory changes
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax requirements
Develop and implement tax strategies and best practices
Train, mentor, and support team members on tax-related matters
Work closely with finance and leadership teams to provide tax guidance and minimize risk
Oversee tax filings, reporting, and compliance processes accurately and efficiently
