Position Details

This is a part-time, 16-hour-per-week hybrid position. The position requires an in-person presence at Hebrew College on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The remaining hours may be worked remotely, with flexibility in scheduling based on program and project needs. Salary Range: $21,000 - $25,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate a portfolio of special projects from initial planning through execution and follow-up.
•Develop comprehensive work plans outlining key steps, timelines, responsibilities, and deadlines for each project.
•Schedule programs and events with an eye toward the overall Hebrew College, campus partner, and Greater Boston calendars.
•Collaborate with colleagues across Hebrew College to coordinate logistics, communications, registration, marketing, development, and other aspects of each project.
•Build strong relationships with partner organizations, learners, and key stakeholders
•Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, speakers, partners, and other program participants as appropriate.
•Attend assigned in-person and online events, providing hands-on support to ensure that programs run smoothly and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
•Maintain accurate databases and records for special projects and events.
•Conduct appropriate follow-up and reflection after projects to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
•Participate as a valued member of the Tamid team, attend team meetings, and contribute positively to a thriving community of adult learners.
•Manage workload effectively throughout the year, recognizing and responding to the cyclical nature of the role and shifting program priorities.

Education

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
