The candidate should be someone that is a great communicator, understand people, be smart and know how to work quickly. She should know how to prioritize her work and possess a humble personality. She should have at least 1-2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities include: She will start with less cases and it will eventually grow to a position to handle 50+ cases. The candidate will be the one to connect and coordinate the services to the clients including assign bcba's, assign paras - and know which para's are good for which clients, be on top of the providers schedule, screen and hire para's, coordinate bcba and para schedules etc.
