AI Automation & Process Transformation Manager

We are seeking an AI Automation & Process Transformation Manager to identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence and workflow automation solutions across the organization.

This individual will evaluate existing business processes, recommend efficiency improvements, deploy AI-powered tools, and drive measurable reductions in manual work while improving productivity, accuracy, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Analyze departmental workflows and operational processes
Identify opportunities for AI and automation deployment
Implement AI tools and workflow automations
Integrate business systems and data sources
Lead process redesign initiatives
Develop productivity metrics and ROI analysis
Train staff and department leaders
Manage automation projects from assessment through deployment
Document workflows and maintain system governance
Requirements

3+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or systems implementation
Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and business operations
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to quantify efficiency gains and cost savings
Preferred

Power Automate, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or n8n experience
SQL or Python experience
Consulting background
Lean Six Sigma certification
Project Management certification
