Job Title: Parent Outreach & Lead Intake Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, highly responsive, and compassionate Parent Outreach Specialist to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy services for their children. You will manage incoming inquiries from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and our website, reaching out swiftly to connect with parents, answer initial questions, build enthusiasm about our programs, and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to our clinical intake team.
Key Responsibilities

Rapid Lead Response: Connect with prospective families within 1 hour (ideally within minutes) of a lead submission from Meta or our website.

Persistent Follow-Up: Conduct persistent, hourly follow-ups via phone, text, and email during initial outreach windows to establish contact with parents.

Empathetic Communication: Build instant rapport with parents over the phone, listening to their needs with empathy while clearly communicating the value of our ABA services.

Parent Engagement: Cultivate excitement and confidence in our agency, helping families feel supported and motivated to begin the therapy process.

Lead Handoff: Gather basic intake details, verify initial interest, and schedule a seamless warm handoff to our Intake & Scheduling Team.

CRM Tracking: Accurately track and update lead statuses, call logs, and contact notes in our CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements

Communication Skills: Exceptional phone presence with strong active listening and persuasive verbal communication skills.

Speed & Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict response-time targets.

Empathy & Patience: Ability to connect warmly with parents navigating potential autism diagnoses or care options.

Persistence & Drive: High resilience and comfort with consistent outbound calling and structured follow-up sequences.

Experience: 1+ years in call center operations, sales outreach, patient scheduling, or healthcare/ABA intake preferred.
