Talent Acquisitions Manager

*Job Title:* Talent Acquisition Manager
*Location:* Five Towns
*Salary:* $75K–$95K + Bonus (DOE)

*Description:*
Join a growing company seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruitment across finance, operations, technology, customer support, and other business functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

*Responsibilities:*
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring profiles
- Own full-cycle recruitment from job posting through offer acceptance
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels
- Source candidates proactively and conduct high-volume outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Screen candidates, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate pipelines and prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

*Qualifications:*
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience
- Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
