Marketing & Operations Manager

*Job Title:* Marketing & Operations Manager

*Salary:* $60K–$90K (base + performance upside)

*Description:*
Join a growing ABA therapy company looking to expand into a new region. This role blends sales, marketing, and operations — building referral relationships with local doctors' offices and clinics while overseeing service delivery on the ground.

*Responsibilities:*
- Drive new client acquisition through outreach calls, in-person visits, and follow-up via phone or Zoom
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors' offices and clinics to generate referrals
- Drop off marketing materials and brochures and represent the organization in the field
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the region once clients are onboarded
- Travel regionally as needed (approx. every couple of weeks initially, tapering to about once a month)

*Qualifications:*
- Strong relationship-building skills and genuine ability to connect with people
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and consistently follow up with contacts
- Sales or marketing experience a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel and work both in-office and in the field
