Associate Attorney

*Job Title:* Associate Attorney – Landlord-Tenant
*Location:* Brooklyn, NY
*Salary:* $80K–$90K

*Description:*
Join a law firm focused exclusively on landlord-tenant litigation. This *entry-level* role is split between the Brooklyn office and courtrooms in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan, offering hands-on litigation experience from day one.

*Responsibilities:*
- Represent clients in landlord-tenant proceedings in Housing Court and related courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and case preparation
- Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

*Qualifications:*
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required
- Admission to (or eligibility for) the New York State Bar
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel between office and courthouses in Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan
