A growing company in the Monsey area is seeking a dynamic, highly capable Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations, manage department heads, and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate combines sharp strategic focus with exceptional interpersonal skills—someone who naturally inspires teams, sharpens operational efficiency, and keeps a firm hand on financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless alignment with overall company goals.
• Team & People Management: Direct, mentor, and evaluate department managers. Cultivate a high-accountability culture grounded in strong communication and mutual respect.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor operational costs, analyze financial reports, and identify growth opportunities to maximize profitability.
• Strategic Execution: Translate high-level business vision into actionable, detail-oriented operational plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Problem Solving: Act as the primary escalation point for cross-departmental bottlenecks, bringing quick, sharp, and decisive solutions.

• Experience: Proven track record as a COO, VP of Operations, or senior executive.
