Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

Provide clinical oversight and direction for the program

Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care

Serve as a resource for complex cases and clinical decision-making

Systems & Process Development

Build and refine clinical protocols, workflows, and documentation systems

Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions

Establish consistent procedures to support quality and compliance

Quality & Compliance

Ensure clinical practices align with regulatory and licensing standards

Support audits, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

Promote a culture of accountability and clinical excellence

Qualifications

LCSW required

Experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role within healthcare

Demonstrated ability to build and implement systems, protocols, and processes

Strong clinical judgment and staff supervision experience
