About the Role The AI-driven healthcare company is looking for a Product Manager to own the feature roadmap end-to-end. This is a role for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented builder who can take a product vision and turn it into shipped features someone who understands both the technical side and the user side, and knows how to prioritize ruthlessly to keep the platform moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

Own the feature roadmap and drive it from ideation through delivery

Define requirements, write specs, and keep development on track

Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact and user needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, AI, and operations teams to align on build priorities

Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders

Translate client and operational feedback into actionable product improvements

Discovery & Iteration

Identify gaps and opportunities in the platform through ongoing user and stakeholder feedback

Drive continuous improvement cycles and ensure features ship with quality

Stay current on healthcare workflows and emerging tech to inform product direction

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment

Strong technical fluency comfortable working directly with engineering teams

Experience in healthcare tech is a strong plus

Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Organized, decisive, and comfortable owning a roadmap independently
