Talent Acquisition Partner

What you’ll do:

Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across Corporate, Customer Experience, and our Optical Labs.
Partner with hiring teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
Build effective relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to run a best-in-class recruitment process and provide timely updates throughout.
Track and report on key metrics for all open roles.
Contribute to and provide feedback on recruitment strategies.
Develop robust communications across internal and external job boards
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of talented candidates, ensuring we’re always ready for future hiring needs.

Who you are:

Backed by 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing company
Experienced at filling a variety of roles across multiple job functions and employee levels
Proficient in applicant tracking systems
Incredibly proactive—you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-volume environment
Equipped with superb communication skills, which help you build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates
Process and metrics-driven; comfortable using data to inform your decision-making
Able to drive results and work with a sense of urgency
Proven ability to be adaptable and embrace change
