Job description

What you'll do

Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing
features, including multi-channel campaigns (video, display, search, and social).

Lead experimentation and optimization of onboarding flows, email drip campaigns, and
omnichannel user journeys to maximize adoption and retention.

Refine in-app messaging, product tooltips, and user communication for clarity and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to design and deliver
seamless end-to-end user experiences.

Oversee creation and execution of assets for new feature launches, including positioning,
campaign collateral, and creative storytelling.

Conduct customer segmentation and insights research to uncover opportunities for
targeted onboarding and engagement.

Direct brand positioning, creative development, and campaign execution to ensure
consistency with overall brand identity.

Design, execute, and evaluate experiments/tests for varied product packaging and
positioning strategies.

Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to refine pricing models, optimize campaign
efficiency, and inform strategic decisions.

Manage performance marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels, with
continuous focus on CAC and ROI optimization.

Supervise the full creative lifecycle for marketing campaigns, from concept development
through A/B testing and performance analysis.

Employ tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, and other experimentation platforms to derive
actionable insights from data.

Build and manage external agency partnerships to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Provide leadership to the marketing team, mentoring members to scale Cloaked’s grow

Requirements

This position requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in marketing or product strategy or similar occupation, with responsibilities that include initiative planning, customer acquisition and retention, brand positioning, and go-to market strategies
Experience, which may have been gained concurrently with primary requirement above and may include graduate-level academic or internship experience, must include three (3) years of experience with:

Driving customer acquisition and retention through multi-channel marketing initiatives
Performing and applying data analysis to develop strategic marketing and product growth

initiatives

Planning and executing product launches
Developing and optimizing go-to-market strategies for new features or products
Position will supervise the work of 2 direct reports in the positions of Senior Performance Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager
Position requires approximately 15% domestic and international travel
40-hour work week
