About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee technology projects from initial planning through implementation and completion. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, software developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify requirements, manage priorities, and deliver practical technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities
Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal teams, developers, vendors, and external partners.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Manage project scope, priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate software implementations, system upgrades, integrations, and technology initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear project documentation.
Ensure projects meet quality, security, and business requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology providers.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Help establish and improve IT project management processes and standards.
Support change management and user adoption during technology implementations.
Identify potential problems early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT project management, technology project management, or a related role.
Experience managing projects involving software, business systems, IT infrastructure, or technology implementations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
Experience managing software development projects.
Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
Experience with system integrations and APIs.
Experience with business process automation.
Experience working with construction, engineering, logistics, field services, or other operational businesses.
