Customer Service & Outreach Representative

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service & Outreach Representative to join a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building strong relationships, and supporting patients, providers, and office staff through excellent service and day-to-day coordination.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident handling customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

Conduct outbound outreach to patients and prospective clients as needed

Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer requests

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution

Process paperwork and maintain accurate records

Prepare invoices and assist with collections when needed

Build positive relationships with patients and customers through excellent communication

Provide an exceptional customer experience and represent the organization professionally

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Healthcare, pharmacy, medical office, or related experience preferred

Familiarity with common medications and basic healthcare terminology is a plus; training will be provided

Excellent phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally

Calm, patient, and solutions-oriented when handling customer concerns

Comfortable with outbound calls, outreach, and relationship-building

Team player who works well with multiple people across different departments

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Entry-level candidates with strong customer service or sales experience are encouraged to apply
