Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Coordinator to support sourcing and production operations for a fast-growing consumer products business. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage overseas manufacturing, build strong vendor relationships, and oversee production from initial sourcing through final delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep experience working with factories in China, is comfortable traveling internationally when needed, and can take ownership of the production process with confidence, urgency, and precision. What You’ll Do

Manage sourcing and production processes from concept through delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas factories, suppliers, and production partners

Coordinate timelines, pricing, sampling, manufacturing, and shipment schedules

Travel overseas as needed to visit factories, oversee production, and strengthen supplier partnerships

Negotiate costs, terms, and production timelines to support company goals

Work closely with internal teams to ensure products meet quality, brand, and retail standards

Identify and resolve production issues quickly and proactively

Track orders, maintain organized records, and ensure all deadlines are met

Requirements

Significant experience in sourcing, production, or supply chain management

Strong experience working directly with factories and suppliers in China

Ability and willingness to travel internationally independently

Excellent negotiation skills and strong business judgment

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Experience in consumer products, retail, or brand-driven product development is preferred
