Electric Field Supervisor

Description:
Join a growing infrastructure organization supporting nationwide projects. This hybrid role is split between the field and the office, overseeing active job sites while managing insurance, contracts, and contractor coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations at active job sites
- Source, manage, and coordinate electrical contractors and crews
- Handle insurance documentation and contract administration
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and resolve on-site issues

Qualifications:
- Experience managing and overseeing construction job sites required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of electrical experience required — must be able to replace breakers, outlets, and EV chargers, or have hands-on experience doing so
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
