Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful progress, works well collaboratively with families and clinical teams, and maintains high standards of clinical care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA treatment programs based on client needs.
- Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to evaluate progress and make appropriate treatment modifications.
- Provide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other direct-care staff.
- Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions in accordance with clinical and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current state licensure where required.
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill-acquisition programming.
