Job description
What You'll Do:
Manage a complex global calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and prioritizing executive focus on key business objectives.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics.
Prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation.
Manage expense reporting and reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate customer meetings, leadership sessions, executive visits, and other high-profile engagements.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, proactively identifying solutions before issues arise.
Provide office coordination support for the Ft. Lauderdale location, helping maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
Support team events, offsites, town halls, and leadership meetings.
Assist with administrative and scheduling needs across the Connected Solutions leadership team as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
What You'll Need:
5โ8 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Demonstrated success managing complex calendars and coordinating across multiple time zones.
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with travel and expense management systems such as Concur or similar platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Proven ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
