Key Responsibilities
The Training Manager leads the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned training programs to ensure learners, trainers, and classes meet readiness, quality, and operational performance expectations.

Responsibilities are grouped around program execution, performance ownership, stakeholder alignment, trainer capability, learner support, and operational effectiveness.

Training Delivery and Program Oversight: Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned classes or programs, ensuring training plans, schedules, materials, tools, facilitation approach, and delivery standards are consistently executed.
Performance, Readiness, and Interventions: Own class-level outcomes, including NHT performance, learner readiness, 30-60-90 transition, production preparedness, assessment results, and early-life attrition risk indicators; use data to identify gaps and implement targeted interventions.
Stakeholder and Client Alignment: Partner with Operations, Quality, WFM, and client stakeholders to provide updates on training performance, risks, actions, learner progress, and readiness, ensuring training remains aligned with business and client expectations.
Trainer Capability and Coaching: Coach trainers on facilitation, classroom management, learner engagement, performance support, clinical or process accuracy, and use of approved training methods; track development progress and promote continuous upskilling within the training team.
Refresher, Upskilling, and Continuous Learning: Plan and execute refresher, upskilling, floor support, and targeted coaching interventions based on performance gaps, quality findings, assessment data, and operational priorities.
Knowledge Management and Digital Enablement: Drive effective use of knowledge management resources, LMS platforms, digital tools, analytics, and responsible AI-enabled solutions to improve learner support, training consistency, scalability, and performance monitoring.
Governance, Financial Impact, and Efficiency: Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, audit readiness, process adherence, and disciplined resource management while identifying opportunities to reduce rework, shorten the learning curve, improve speed to proficiency, increase trainer and learner productivity, and generate cost savings through efficient training execution.

Requirements and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
Active or current nursing license preferred or required based on program, client, and jurisdictional requirements.
Experience
3–5 years of training experience, including training delivery, coaching, facilitation, or program support.
At least 2 years of people management experience, which may overlap with the required training experience.
Exposure to performance management and learner development.
Healthcare operations experience, such as UM, CM, Appeals, nurse triage, clinical abstraction, or related clinical operations, preferred.
Skills
Strong coaching, facilitation, and learner engagement capability.
Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
Stakeholder coordination and clear communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, programs, and training cycles.
