Position Summary:
This position is customer-focused and is committed to providing our guests with winning experiences! This position is extremely important to GCT’s success. By working together with your team members, you will exceed our guests’ expectations each and every time and most importantly, have fun while doing so. Above all else, this position must lead by example to create Great Experiences and Memories for all guests and colleagues under the direction of the Senior Manager, Food and Beverage

Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare and serve great food and flavorful drinks following our high-quality standards.
• You will also be required to maintain supplies and inventory to ensure we can always deliver on our service offerings and provide cash and tendering support when required.
• Have a strong passion to wow our guests, great communication skills, a friendly and outgoing attitude
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to maximize their potential.
• Adheres to all AGCO, GCGC, departmental and HR policies as they relate to functions of the role;
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations;
• Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Qualification Requirements:
• Must be available to workdays, evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to deal professionally and courteously with customers
• Thorough understanding of methods and machinery, techniques and sanitation practices involved with preparation and service of concession food and alcoholic beverages
• Working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures
• Proven accuracy in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
• Working knowledge of Safe Food Handling Procedures and Health and Safety Practices as an asset
• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining Smart Serve certification
