Night Shift Production Supervisor
Location: AZEK Manufacturing Facility - Scranton
Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 + bonus
Schedule: 4X4 5:30PM-6:15AM
About the Role
AZEK is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing manufacturing team during our overnight operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team engagement. You’ll play a critical role in delivering production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and respect.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight for Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to ensure we consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You’ll manage daily production activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and engaging production teams to achieve operational goals
Ensuring safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently met
Overseeing equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation
Monitoring product quality, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to specifications
Troubleshooting equipment issues and partnering with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance
Managing production schedules, documentation, and shift communication
Providing training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development
Promoting a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment
What You Bring
Associate’s degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practices
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to thrive on a night shift schedule
What You’ll Receive
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
