What You'll Do

Full-spectrum primary care: Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages, from pediatric well-child visits through adult chronic disease management
Clinical evaluation and treatment: Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
Pediatric care: Manage well-child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and common pediatric conditions for families who want one provider for the whole household
Diagnostics and prescribing: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe medications and manage follow-up care
Documentation and quality: Chart efficiently using EMR with AI-powered tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State

Completed residency in Family Medicine

Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training

Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems

Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams)

MAT certificate required

DEA registration preferred

Preferred: urgent care/primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
