🎯 Role: Provider Growth Associate
As an Clinical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for growing our network of provider partners. You'll work directly with BCBAs and ABA practice owners, helping them understand how Alpaca can support them with technology, operations, billing, credentialing, and practice growth.
You'll own the full recruitment cycle from first conversation through signed partnership. You'll be one of the primary voices representing Alpaca to prospective providers and will play a critical role in shaping how we scale our go-to-market motion.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people take the leap toward building something of their own.
🚧 What You’ll Do
Own the full recruitment process from outbound prospecting through signed partnership agreements
Conduct discovery conversations with BCBAs and ABA practice owners to understand their goals, challenges, and growth plans
Educate prospective providers on Alpaca's technology, operational support, and partnership model
Build trust with clinicians making one of the biggest career decisions of their lives
Consistently manage and advance a pipeline of opportunities
Experiment with new outreach, prospecting, and sales approaches to improve conversion rates
Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to improve messaging, processes, and product offerings
Become an expert in the ABA industry, private practice ownership, and the challenges providers face
Help shape the future of Alpaca's provider acquisition strategy as we scale
🧠 Who You Are
1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role
Experience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environment is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A desire to build something meaningful alongside a high-performing team
Preference for experience in ABA
