General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day performance of our Amazon business.

Monitor sales, profitability, inventory health, account health, and listing performance.

Coordinate with our logistics team, PPC agency, customer service, and other vendors to ensure all goals are met.

Identify opportunities and problems quickly, then drive solutions to completion.

Track and report on weekly KPIs and business performance.

Ensure launches, promotions, inventory planning, and operational projects stay on schedule.

Escalate only high-level strategic decisions while independently managing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central.

Demonstrated mindset of thinking like an owner rather than an employee.

Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.

Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without constant supervision.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with follow-through on commitments.

A passion for solving problems and optimizing systems.
