Oracle Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Support Blue Yonder Demand Planning applications and related business processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand planning requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Analyze business and system requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
Support configuration, enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting of Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions.
Work with Oracle databases to support application functionality, data analysis, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot application and system issues within Linux environments.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve system and integration issues.
Support testing, implementation, and ongoing production activities.
Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and system performance.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Blue Yonder Demand Planning.
6–9 years of Oracle experience at an advanced level.
3–5 years of Linux experience at an intermediate level.
Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar functional/technical role.
Understanding of demand planning and supply chain business processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical or system requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
