Key Responsibilities
Design Across Categories, Anchored in Beauty & Hair
• Concept and design collections spanning accessories, lifestyle, and gifting, anchored in beauty and hair
• Create innovative beauty and hair-led experiences — from styling kits and DIY formats to interactive and collectible product
• Build cohesive product worlds that connect across categories while maintaining a strong beauty identity
Create Experience-Led Product
• Design with play, discovery, and repeat engagement in mind
• Develop product that taps into behaviors like “get ready with me,” customization, and social sharing
• Push boundaries on formats, materials, and usability to create standout experiences
Collaborate Across CFTs
• Partner with Merchandising to shape assortments that balance creativity with commercial needs
• Work with Brand & Marketing to keep product storytelling cohesive across campaigns and channels
• Align with Planning on margin, volume, and timeline goals
• Collaborate with Production to bring designs to life with quality and speed
Drive Innovation & Trend Relevance
• Stay ahead of trends across beauty, hair, accessories, and play
• Monitor TikTok for beauty and hair trends — GRWM routines, styling hacks, and viral formats — before they peak
• Identify whitespace opportunities, especially where beauty meets play and hair experimentation
• Continuously evolve product to stay fresh, relevant, and exciting

· Fluent in AI-powered design tools and excited by new ways of creating

· Comfortable working across categories in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field
4–7 years of design experience, including full category ownership
Deep knowledge of the product development cycle, costing, and sourcing
Strong presentation and cross-functional partnership skills
