Key Responsibilities

Design Across Categories, Anchored in Beauty & Hair

•     Concept and design collections spanning accessories, lifestyle, and gifting, anchored in beauty and hair

•     Create innovative beauty and hair-led experiences — from styling kits and DIY formats to interactive and collectible product

•     Build cohesive product worlds that connect across categories while maintaining a strong beauty identity

Create Experience-Led Product

•     Design with play, discovery, and repeat engagement in mind

•     Develop product that taps into behaviors like “get ready with me,” customization, and social sharing

•     Push boundaries on formats, materials, and usability to create standout experiences

Collaborate Across CFTs

•     Partner with Merchandising to shape assortments that balance creativity with commercial needs

•     Work with Brand & Marketing to keep product storytelling cohesive across campaigns and channels

•     Align with Planning on margin, volume, and timeline goals

•     Collaborate with Production to bring designs to life with quality and speed

Drive Innovation & Trend Relevance

•     Stay ahead of trends across beauty, hair, accessories, and play

•     Monitor TikTok for beauty and hair trends — GRWM routines, styling hacks, and viral formats — before they peak

•     Identify whitespace opportunities, especially where beauty meets play and hair experimentation

•     Continuously evolve product to stay fresh, relevant, and exciting

Who You Are

·       A designer who understands our customer first — curious, expressive, and experience-driven

·       Passionate about beauty and hair, with a strong point of view on how they're explored and experienced

·       A creative problem-solver who questions “that's how it's always been done” and finds the format nobody's tried

·       Fluent in AI-powered design tools and excited by new ways of creating

·       A strong storyteller who can bring ideas to life visually and conceptually

·       Comfortable working across categories in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Qualifications

4–7 years of design experience, including full category ownership
Deep knowledge of the product development cycle, costing, and sourcing
