HUD Property Manager

General Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall physical and financial condition, regulatory compliance, and quality of life offered to residents.
Oversees and ensures the maintenance of physical plant and grounds.
Ensures that all Housing Management Department programs provide the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers.
Prepares and monitors facility budget.

Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study normally required.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' work experience in housing administration preferred. Knowledge of Onesite/RealPage software preferred.

ADA: Ability to ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
