Job description
About The Role:
As the Senior Associate, Strategic Finance at MrBeast, you’ll help build and scale the planning infrastructure that guides our strategic and operational decisions. Sitting at the intersection of growth, strategy, and performance, this role is critical to driving financial visibility and rigor across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to translate company priorities into structured financial plans.
If you're excited by solving ambiguity, building structure from scratch, and influencing high-impact decisions, this is an opportunity to help shape the financial backbone of one of the most exciting brands in the space.
What you'll be doing:
Own and evolve our strategic finance rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models.
Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
Lead and improve forecasting accuracy and transparency across teams through strong models and operational processes.
Drive development of financial frameworks that align investment decisions with strategic priorities.
Create executive-ready reports and insights that help tell the story of our business, including board and investor materials.
Build and scale dashboards, planning tools, and systems to support real-time decision making.
Identify and solve cross-functional planning challenges, helping bridge strategic goals with financial execution.
Support ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives, business cases, or shifts in operating strategy.
What we're looking for:
4+ years of experience in strategic planning roles, ideally in high-growth or consumer-facing industries. Early Experience in investment banking and/or consulting is highly desirable
Experience building and managing financial planning processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Track record of collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Skilled communicator with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes.
